For Jacob's 5th birthday he had a make your own pizza and ice cream party. He had a few friends over and they had so much fun! They all did such a great job with their pizza and didn't make too big of a mess. After they ate their pizza it was ice cream time! We had every topping you could imagine and even homemade ice cream. I think the adults even had fun making their own sundaes!

We went to my mom's house for a yummy lunch this year. Then Ben took the boys to Publix and they decorated a cake just for me. It was so cute and the perfect gift! I've got the best boys!

For Ben's birthday we spent a week in Orlando at the Summer Bay resort. It was a nice break for everyone and we had a blast in the pools and the mini water park they had at the resort. We didn't go to any of the theme parks but we did take the boys to do some fun things during the week. We went to Chuck-E- Cheese one afternoon (Jacob's favorite) and we went to Disney's boardwalk one evening. Ben's birthday fell in the middle of our vacation so Maggie came over to babysit so we could have a night out! (THANK YOU!) We went to Kobe, one of our favorite restaurants and had a great time. What a great week!

My Little Hunters!

This weekend we went to my dad's house to let the boys play and go hunting. Ben (and Jacob) got the first hog, Jacob was the one that spotted it and he was so proud of himself! Brayden had a good time too....he was having fun hanging with the big boys! We had a great time!

Easter Festivities!

Everyone came to our house for lunch and egg hunting! The kids had a great day and we all had fun celebrating the Resurrection of our Savior!! Thank you Jesus!

Shuttle Launch!!

Sunday afternoon Ben and I took Jacob to Cape Canaveral to see the shuttle launch. He saw a launch from our house a few months ago and has been talking about it ever since...he even told me that he wants to go for a ride in the space shuttle! So I started keeping track of scheduled launches off the NASA website and we were able to go to this one!! Once we got there he became pretty excited and after it went up he had sooooo many questions. It was really an awesome thing to see and we had a great time! Thanks to Dana for keeping Brayden so we could take Jacob to see this.

Just Like Brother!!

This morning Jacob and I were in the kitchen and heard Brayden stomping down the hallway. When he came around the corner we laughed so hard at him...he had Jacob's baseball cleats on!! He was actually walking pretty good with them on and kept them on for about 20 minutes!

Yesterday after church we loaded up and went to Orlando. We went to Downtown Disney to eat dinner then we were off to Disney's Boardwalk. It looked really neat online so we figured we would see what it was all about. Well, it was beautiful....we fell in love with it! There was an arcade in one of the stores, so that made Jacob happy! We had a great afternoon (and evening) and can't wait to go back!

Little Baseball Player!!

Jacob started T-Ball practice last week! We were afraid he would be shy and not want to play when he got there but he went right out and started playing, without looking back! I went out to tie his shoe and he got so mad at me for bothering him while he was practicing! LOL He seems to really enjoy playing and is pretty good, for a 4 year old! His first game is tomorrow and he is very excited.
